Hello I'm Omar, and I bring 10 years of experience in the fitness industry including
managing the fitness departments for 8 different 24 hour fitness clubs in the Los
Angeles and the south bay San Francisco area. I'm currently training at the world
renowned Fairtex fighting gym in Mountain View, CA, seeking my advancement in Jui
Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Mixed Martial Arts. I also serve as the Conditioning coach at
Fairtex for some of their fighters and I have a background in boxing and football at the
collegiate level.
No matter what sport or activity you're involved with I have the experience to enhance
your physical goal by improving balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, and your
core's ability to work in synergy. I'm currently certified through NASM (National
Academy of Sports Medicine) and CPR certified and have been for ten years.
No matter where you would like to get in shape I will travel to your location-home or
business and bring all the equipment necessary to achieve your fitness goals.

With more than 20 years of athletic performance, and two national championships
under my belt, I know what it takes to be the best on the field of life. I have had the
honor of training with the best athletes in the world, and have designed programs
that challenge the best of the pros, as well as the exercise novice.
I instruct proper breathing techniques, accompanied by postural alignment to
deliver the maximum physical output that a human body can produce. Regardless
of your goals, learning the correct way to use your body is essential for everyone.
Whether you are trying to:
Take your athletics or body to the next level
Increase flexibility for better movement
Gain size/ speed / power
Obtain nutritional counseling
Decrease body fat
Tone your abs
or just feel better, a functional core is the key .
While treadmills, bench presses and curls are important, I believe in working the
body the way the body works, as a unit. My brand of training can safely burn as many
as 1200 calories per hour, while keeping you mentally stimulated. The key is to
confuse your muscles by using constantly varied training modalities. The most
important factor is to have your exercises assigned based on your current body
alignment and development.
Using kettle bells, plyometrics, boxing and Muay Thai training, along with standard
practices, I can assure you of a complete and balanced body.  Stretching sessions,
exercise balls, and balance/stability  training are all useful tools when preparing
your body for increased stresses. It is those stresses that cause the body to adapt
by losing fat, or increasing strength .
I look forward to teaching you to identify your barriers, and to overcome them.
